These terms govern your use of https://udayo.com (“Udayo”), operated by Medreferral Technologies Pvt. Ltd., 98, New Patliputra Colony, Patna, Bihar 800013 (“we”, “us”). By using Udayo you agree to them.

1. What Udayo is — and isn't

Udayo is an online platform where people list businesses for sale, look for business partners, and explore business ideas. We connect users with each other. We are not a broker, agent, investment adviser or party to any deal. We do not hold money for buyers or sellers and do not guarantee any transaction.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. You sign in by verifying your mobile number with a one-time password. You are responsible for activity on your number.

3. Listings and profiles

• You must have the right to list a business, and everything you submit (revenue, price, property details, reasons for sale) must be true and not misleading.
• We review listings before publishing and may edit, reject or remove any listing or profile at our discretion.
• By listing, you agree that interested users who pay the unlock fee may receive your mobile number and contact you about your listing.

4. Fees

Browsing and listing are free. Contact unlocks and partner introductions cost ₹99; the opportunity report costs ₹499. Refunds follow our refund policy.

5. Opportunity suggestions are not advice

Shortlists and reports are screening tools based on the information you give and general patterns. They are not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Verify everything independently — visit the site, check documents, and consult professionals — before investing.

6. Your conduct

Do not post false information, impersonate anyone, spam or harass other users, misuse contact details you unlock (for example, by selling them or sending unrelated marketing), or try to break or scrape the platform. We may suspend access for any breach.

7. Due diligence and disputes between users

Any deal is solely between the users involved. You are responsible for your own due diligence. We are not liable for the accuracy of user-submitted information or for any loss arising from dealings between users, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Udayo is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Intellectual property

The Udayo name, logo and site design belong to us. You keep ownership of what you submit and give us a licence to display it on Udayo while it is listed.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction.
